Effective: September 2, 2026
Event listings are compiled from official embassy websites, public event platforms, and announcements published by the hosts themselves, refreshed daily. Images and descriptions on event pages originate from those announcements and remain the property of their owners; we display them to identify the events they announce, and we take requests about them seriously (see below). Field notes are written by verified attendees and reviewed before publishing. Editorial guides and summaries are written by Stamps DC.
If an event detail is wrong, tell us and we will fix it fast, usually the same day. Hosts and attendees alike can write to hello@stampsdc.com or use the contact form with a link to the page and the correct information.
If you host events we list and want something changed, we want to hear from you, and a person reads every request. Write from an official address to hello@stampsdc.com. We respond within five business days, and in practice much sooner.
If you believe content on Stamps DC infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@stampsdc.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject, including:
We remove or disable access to infringing material promptly on receipt of a complete notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact information, an identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Field notes are the honest opinions of verified attendees, and honest opinions stay up, including critical ones. If a note about your event contains a factual falsehood, identifies a private individual, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, report it with a link and the specific concern. We review every report against the same grounds we screen submissions with, and we remove content that violates them. We do not remove a note because it is unflattering.
For anything this page does not cover, including safety concerns or content that appears unlawful, contact hello@stampsdc.com. Security issues have their own channel: security@stampsdc.com.
