Join us at the Mexican Cultural Institute for a two-hour dance workshop focused on improvisation and creative movement. This session invites you to explore and develop your own unique movement language.
Led by Anniela Huidobro Castro, the workshop encourages participants to connect their bodies with their imagination, personal experiences, and individual ways of moving. Through various improvisation techniques and creative prompts, you'll find an open, playful, and expressive environment to explore dance.
This workshop is open to all levels and body types, making it accessible for everyone interested in movement. The instruction will be in Spanglish, blending Spanish and English to accommodate a wider audience.
The cost to participate is $30 per person. The workshop takes place at the Mexican Cultural Institute. Please register in advance to secure your spot.
