Tango Under the Stars

After learning the basics, guests can put their new skills to the test at a traditional milonga—a social tango gathering where dancers of all levels come together. The evening features live bandoneón music, the soulful accordion that's central to tango's distinctive sound, creating an atmosphere that transports you straight to the cobblestone streets of San Telemo.

The cultural experience extends beyond dance, with traditional empanadas and Malbec wine served throughout the evening. This combination of music, dance, food, and wine offers an immersive taste of Argentine culture in the heart of Washington.

Tickets are $25 and advance registration is required through Eventbrite. The event runs late into the evening, following the Argentine tradition of dancing until the early morning hours.
