Foods of La Frontera: Book Presentation with Pati Jinich is a workshop event hosted by the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, D.C. The Mexican Cultural Institute welcomes Pati Jinich, the James Beard Award-winning chef and Emmy-nominated television host, for a special evening dedicated to her new book, Foods of La Frontera. Best known for her acclaimed PBS series Pati's Mexican Table and , Pati has dedicated her career to sharing the richness of Mexico's culinary traditions and cultural heritage.
During this event, Pati will discuss the stories, experiences, and flavors that inspired her latest work. The presentation will be followed by a conversation with Cecilia Vega and Enrique Perret, and a Q&A session with the audience.
Guests are invited to a book signing and a reception featuring a food spread from Tacombi, inspired by the flavors of La Frontera. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the author and celebrate the vibrant culinary traditions of Mexico. Each ticket sold includes a copy of Pati's new book and a signing opportunity.
